    Pt 1

    Life

Whales are graceful ocean voyagers who enjoy a quiet and peaceful life – a life where they are free to roam the oceans. They are also very social animals, showing an inquisitive nature when it comes to human communication and contact.

    Pt 2

    The

    Chase

Once a whale is located, a grueling chase begins that can last several hours. Despite its best efforts to hide, they are often unable to escape the relentless pursuit. The level of stress and anxiety experienced by the whale can repeatedly lead to self-defecation.

    Pt 3

    The

    Harpoon

Due to the movement of the ship and the frantic whale in the water, it makes a quick head shot near impossible. Instead the harpoon is more likely to explode within the body causing massive internal trauma and bleeding. Many whales even spew blood from their blowholes.

    Pt 4

    The

    Drag

Experiencing insufferable pain, the whale will be violently dragged backwards towards the ship. If hauled by the tail, the head and blowhole often become submerged, causing the whale to choke and drown.
